WLUHL 16 Roster Movement/Trade Confirmations

The Expansion draft for the 2 NEW teams will take place roughly from May 16th to about May 23rd..

Each returning team was able to protect 12 players (with an excemption for the young-ins, and the 2 new expansion teams 
then get to select players from that pool of unprotected players.
